FAQ

1. Do I need to make an appointment?

Appointments are not necessary.  All equipment can be dropped off during normal business hours Monday-Friday 9:30am-6:30pm.

2. How long will it take to fix my amplifier or guitar?

Amplifiers - Our goal is to keep repair time to 10 business days or less, however repair time is sometimes dependent on the availability of parts.*

Guitars - Our goal is to complete general repairs (i.e. setups, jack replacement, pickup installs...) in 2-3 business days. For more extensive repairs (i.e. finish work, structural repair...), a general timeline of completion will be given when the instrument is dropped off.*

*Does not apply to warranty repairs

3. Can you give me an estimate for a repair?

Yes. However, once the item is ticketed and diagnosed by a Technician, if the estimate is declined, a bench fee of $55 for amplifiers and $20 for guitars will be required.

4. Can you order me a part for my home project?

No. We cannot special order parts for outside projects.

5. Do you sell tubes?

Yes. We stock a variety of tubes.

6. Can you fix my guitar?

Yes. We can repair, modify or restore your electric, acoustic guitars and other select string instruments.

(i.e.  frets, finish, pickups, structural...)

7. Can you fix my amp?

Yes.

8. I need it fixed now! I have a gig tomorrow!

We offer a rush fee of $50 for priority services, in addition to normal hourly rates.

9. What Payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash, Checks, Visa, Mastercard and American Express
